New Zealand is an archipelago located in the southern Pacific Ocean. New Zealand's education system is currently ranked number 7 in the world, far better than many OECD countries. OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) is an intergovernmental economic organization with 36 member countries, [1] founded in 1961 to stimulate economic progress and world trade. It is a forum of countries describing themselves as committed to democracy and the market economy, providing a platform to compare policy experiences, seeking answers to common problems.

The average Secondary School students there take 5 subjects each year. Cool, all education at this level has been certified through the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) which is internationally accepted. New Zealand also has 60 Secondary Schools that use Cambridge International Exams and 21 other Schools that offer Baccalaureate programs.
• Higher education (18+ years). Now, at the level of higher education, New Zealand also has many reputable schools and universities that offer education programs to PhD or Doctoral levels. 1. Less subjects
In New Zealand there are only ordinary secondary schools, unlike in Indonesia which have special schools such as vocational schools. But Karmela explained that the curriculum used by high school students is the same as that suggested by vocational high school students. When they graduate from high school, they also have skills like vocational school children. These subjects (subjects) who like to learn are also smaller. The rest just for the subject according to what the participants want. So from high school they already know where their strength is,
2. Integrated collaboration
One of the prominent factors in New Zealand is that New Zealand is collaborating between universities and industries that are currently being developed. Not only universities, for polytechnic education or vocational education, even students only study according to industry needs. So, once they graduate, they are really ready to bear the world of work.
3. Egalitarian
If in Indonesia the issue of courtesy and respect for older people is highly recommended, in contrast to the New, more egalitarian.
There, students don't have restrictions or limitations with them. Their friendly and familiar form is seen from the students who have their names directly.
Those are some of the differences education in New Zealand with Indonesia, hopefully this writing can increase your knowledge.
